Processing Time

K Norris Jewelry is a very small business, and many pieces are handmade to order to your specifications. Once you place your order, time is required to gather materials and craft your piece before it ships.

In-Stock

In-stock listings are delivered to the post office within 3 business days

Made-to-Order

• Made -to-order listings ship within 3 weeks

• Any additional customization (including stone setting or resizing) adds 2 weeks to production time

• Bespoke Pieces: Please allow 4–5 weeks for design and hand-crafting

Returns and Exchanges

I understand the need for occasional returns and exchanges, and request that any returns be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect the need for an exchange or return, and I will be happy to assist you. Refunds will be issued once your purchase has been received back in original condition. Please make sure to ship with tracking so we can follow your package back to me.

I cannot accept returns for bespoke pieces, made-to-order pieces with additional customization, or sale items.
